Public toliets with constipation

Are you afraid to do this or do you prefer it? If you do I have solutions that may make it easier.

Public toilets near me open the doors automatically after 5 minutes so you'd be in trouble

is a nightmare ...in a public toilet trying to go ...but cant make too much noise or (it seems ) everybody will know you are severely constipated

@Lilp8888 cooked is safer for anyone with a family history of thyroid problems, but yes broccoli is good and drinking more water.
