None if you take proper care of your body. I’ve seen everything that people have suggested in the comments look good on different people regardless of their age, same with looking bad. 😌 Proper care and health all play a large role.

@Stark Genetics are also a factor, unfortunately. You can take the best care of yourself imaginable, a body that is 60 years old is not going to look like a 20 year old’s, even if it still looks reasonably healthy.
@bijouxbroussard yeah, genetics do play a part. But, I literally saw a lady yesterday on tiktok who was 71 and had a body better than most 20 year olds. You could tell she was obviously older than a 20 year old in the face, but she didn’t appear to be 71. Still looks ridiculously young for her age. At least 40 give or take at the age of 71, and I believe that had a lot to do with health and her staying in shape.

@bijouxbroussard soooo your going to join the new trend of for going the bra ??

@Stark And you know beyond a doubt that she’d had no surgery to help the process ?

@NightsWatch What ?
@bijouxbroussard No, because it wasn’t about surgery. It was about her being in fit and in shape at such an old age. Her look in the face did look young, but I feel if she got surgery it would have looked more unnatural. She was doing pull ups, and that’s the reason her tik tok blew up. I wish I could find it, because it was baffling to me me. As to why my perspective about this topic has changed. Before seeing that video I probably wouldn’t think how I think about it now. I mean, I’ve always thought health played some part in it as to why I’ve recently started working out myself for future purposes, but I think it plays a larger role than I thought before.
