Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Administrative Officer to join our Corporate Support team at Concord Repatriation General Hospital!


Do you have proven organisation skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines, demonstrated skills in word processing and spreadsheet software and a proven ability to provide records, information and basic analysis on service activity?
he purpose of this role is to provide day to day administration support for Corporate Support Services through ensuring the efficient, effective and professional management of clerical and administrative tasks.

About Applying

To apply, you need to be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold an appropriate work visa.
Selection Criteria to be addressed:

Extensive administrative knowledge and experience, including reception duties, with effective customer service skills.
Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach with the ability to self-manage and perform multi-disciplinary tasks.
Experience in providing secretarial support for meetings including taking & circulation of minutes as required.
Exceptional interpersonal skills including sound oral and written communication and the capacity to effectively liaise with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation in supporting the work of the team.
Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of MS Word, Excel and utilisation of internal and external data bases.
Working knowledge of systems that support business process including purchasing, recruitment and rostering functions.
Understanding and commitment to EEO and WH&S.
