What would you add or take away from this diet to hit 15% body fat, if you arnt looking to build muscle

Honestly look into the 80 10 10 eating plan raw vegan diet. That will have you hitting probably less than 15% body fat in a very short period of time if you are already fairly fit

@REMsleep ill check it out im not a huge fan of vegan stuff but then i dont know alot about it either
