What would you add or take away from this diet to hit 15% body fat, if you arnt looking to build muscle

[c=#666666]This honestly sounds great. I think what's imortant is to get all these things in every meal: carbs, fat, protein, and fiber.
Eat differently colored vegetables. Remember fruit throughout the day, and probably also some amount of dairy in your diet.[/c]

@Sheer well fibers in the fruit and protien is in all of them i dont know about the carbs tho

[c=#666666]@Thunderyflame There should be some amount of carbs in each main meal, I think. It can be maybe just a bit, but I believe the thing is you feel the most satisfied if every meal has got all these things. =)[/c]
