So what is an excellent diet for losing ten pounds quickly?

i only do intermittent fasting accidently...i forget breakfast or lunch on occasion. i have read about the Dash diet and the Mediterranean diet. those two are just your run of the mill..."eat correctly and get plenty of exercise" crap that we already know about. is there a delivery meal service or something specific besides Nutrisystem?

What you'll lose quickly you'll gain quickly. It'll be mostly water and muscle loss. Take your time. Life is ahead of you ~

@SW-User i am old and kinda sickly. i used to be very thin and then my body went bananas and now i am always somewhat overweight. i think i will feel better if i could lose this weight

@SW-User Although it's important to watch your calorie consumption as against how much you require/burn daily. I think you shouldn't deprive yourself of water during the fasting. But what about fasting to burn bit of extra fat.
@ABCDEF7 they talk about intermittent fasting alot. but i actually do that because of age and sleep patterns. i don't eat after 7 unless there are weird circumstances. go to bed at ten. get up at 5:30 and do a bunch of chores. drink coffee and eat at 9 or later. so for 14 hours i don't eat anything.

@LILY61 I don't think you can burn fat in 14 hours of break, many of us do that. It will require bit long to do that, plus you have to be careful about your eating after the fast.

@LILY61 Not eating much to regain the fat. Also observing a nutritious and calorie conscious diet.

@LILY61 I understand. My mom is 63, obese with heart problems and diabetes. She lost 13 kg (~28 pounds) in 7 months by restricting calories. I help her with counting em. It could've been faster but at this rate she doesn't feel like depriving herself and can continue to lose more. Ten pounds isn't much. You can do it. Maybe give yourself 2-3 months for starters. Time goes fast. I wish you all the best ma'am 🌷
