Cause physical withdrawal cold turkey for heroin lasts about three days@CereBellum it is a three day trip into hell fire and back including being in a meat grinder where it feels like your bones are crushing and someone pokes your heart with needles....but after three days you are a brand new person, many people never go back to it. If it was psychological addiction then they will definitely relapse...
