The floor counts can be a bit misleading. I used to have a FitBit that would say I'd done 2 or 3 floors walking from my bedroom to my kitchen. Shame I live in a single story house, lol.

@MiraRoss Tell me about it. I got rid of the FitBit and bought a Polar heart rate monitor. Much better option for me. I try to get in around 5km most days of the week, but been a bit slack lately. I'm also trying to get ready for a 5km Parkrun soon.

@MiraRoss Always make it fun for her. Encourage her to make it a lifelong habit. I wish I had.
