Getting on track.....

I’ve started my exercises again and running round couch with my two year old( not my chose but hers lol, can’t get out of it)
Aiming for 3k step but will increase slowly

Gonna concentrate on my leg and arm strength first

Heh. That’s a great way to start. If your main goal is fat loss, I would highly recommend getting on MyFitnessPal. You can keep track of your calories on there.
