It's been working for years in Portugal..
Heroine addiction has fallen, drug related crime dropped dramatically, rehabilitation has increased and the average age of first drug use has gone up..
Young people are waiting longer to experiment with drugs.. and hard drug use has declined..

None of the feared worst case scenarios have come true..
