What does it mean when the feet are always cold like ice cubes?

@Sweetpoison May I suggest a bucket of boiling water to put them in. Cold feet in my back or stomach doesnt help me at all..😷

@Sweetpoison do you exercise your feet when sitting, you know, swing them round on your ankles, stretch your toes... That all helps if it's a circulation problem

@Sweetpoison Then it's probably that if you don't have other problems. Try wearing socks more often, having a blanket near you or doing some exercise once in a while?

@lovelywarpedlemon thats for sure , i’m to lazy for excercizing... but i mean even when i walk alot ( cause i love walking) it doesn’t change anything...

@Sweetpoison you need to get blood moving in your body once in a while for better circulation. hot baths & swimming also work.
