I've talked to my doc about it and he says it doesn't have any bad implications. Some people just have cold extremities.
Sweetpoison · 41-45, F
@BlueVeins thats why my doc probably ignore me when i talk about it
Could be a number of things, but thyroid would be one.

Sweetpoison · 41-45, F

Sweetpoison · 41-45, F

whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Sweetpoison May I suggest a bucket of boiling water to put them in. Cold feet in my back or stomach doesnt help me at all..😷
ozgirl512 · 31-35, F
I think a pinched nerve can also do that... Any areas of slight numbness in the feet?

@Sweetpoison do you exercise your feet when sitting, you know, swing them round on your ankles, stretch your toes... That all helps if it's a circulation problem
Sweetpoison · 41-45, F
@ozgirl512 they are mostly cold when i’m in my bed
ozgirl512 · 31-35, F
@Sweetpoison warm them up then ;)

SW-User

Spokeskitties75 · 46-50, M
Someone is not rubbing them for you enough... 😏
Freeranger · M
It does. Arteries get compressed by fat deposits which cut off circulation
ExperienceDLT · M
Could be poor circulation could be low blood pressure
Sweetpoison · 41-45, F

ExperienceDLT · M
@Sweetpoison your feet don't hurt ir tingle or anything

Melpomene · 26-30, F
Sounds like it. Do you have a sedentary lifestyle?
Sweetpoison · 41-45, F
@Melpomene yes
Melpomene · 26-30, F
@Sweetpoison Then it's probably that if you don't have other problems. Try wearing socks more often, having a blanket near you or doing some exercise once in a while?
Londonn · 36-40, M
means you didn't eat much today and you have a slow metabolism now. Eat a hearty spicy hot meal, you'll be back to burning again :)

Poor circulation, it can be a symptom of diabetes i think 🤔
LadyJ · F
Maybe poor circulation or nerve damage
Do you get it in your fingers too? It could be raynard's I have it.
Sweetpoison · 41-45, F
@Zombee no my hands are ok
maybe you don't get enough exercise
Sweetpoison · 41-45, F
@lovelywarpedlemon thats for sure , i’m to lazy for excercizing... but i mean even when i walk alot ( cause i love walking) it doesn’t change anything...
@Sweetpoison you need to get blood moving in your body once in a while for better circulation. hot baths & swimming also work.
