What does it mean when the feet are always cold like ice cubes?

Even if it’s warm at home my feet are always cold, is it bad blood circulation?

In my case it means you are a wife, because mine has had cold feet she insists on placing on me to get warm in bed since forever..😷.

[@621893,whowasthatmaskedman] well it helps instantly to have warm feet 🥺
whowasthatmaskedman · 61-69, M
[@1056635,Sweetpoison] May I suggest a bucket of boiling water to put them in. Cold feet in my back or stomach doesnt help me at all..😷

I've talked to my doc about it and he says it doesn't have any bad implications. Some people just have cold extremities.
Sweetpoison · 36-40, F
[@4199,BlueVeins] thats why my doc probably ignore me when i talk about it

means you didn't eat much today and you have a slow metabolism now. Eat a hearty spicy hot meal, you'll be back to burning again :)

Heart, blood circulation. This happens to me too. Low iron etc
NaughtyPickle · 56-60, M
You can thaw them out on my crotch
Sweetpoison · 36-40, F
[@868144,NaughtyPickle] 🤔
Spokeskitties75 · 41-45, M
Someone is not rubbing them for you enough... 😏
cycleman · 56-60, M
not active, sitting around.
Sweetpoison · 36-40, F
[@134288,cycleman] ok this could be a reason
ozgirl512 · 26-30, F
I think a pinched nerve can also do that... Any areas of slight numbness in the feet?
ozgirl512 · 26-30, F
[@1056635,Sweetpoison] do you exercise your feet when sitting, you know, swing them round on your ankles, stretch your toes... That all helps if it's a circulation problem
Sweetpoison · 36-40, F
[@516864,ozgirl512] they are mostly cold when i’m in my bed
ozgirl512 · 26-30, F
[@1056635,Sweetpoison] warm them up then ;)

Also possible anaemia. Low iron.

[@1056635,Sweetpoison] Google it though. The effect of anemia on feet.
You could be born with low iron
Sweetpoison · 36-40, F
[@44604,Aidolovemostofyourthoughts] but i have blood analysis every year, guess they would see it?
SW User
[@1056635,Sweetpoison] that I don't know. Possibly
Could be poor circulation could be low blood pressure
Sweetpoison · 36-40, F
[@4018,ExperienceDLT] i suffer high blood pressure 😩
[@1056635,Sweetpoison] your feet don't hurt ir tingle or anything
Melpomene · 22-25, F
Sounds like it. Do you have a sedentary lifestyle?
Sweetpoison · 36-40, F
[@9882,Melpomene] yes
Melpomene · 22-25, F
[@1056635,Sweetpoison] Then it's probably that if you don't have other problems. Try wearing socks more often, having a blanket near you or doing some exercise once in a while?
Latina · 41-45, F
Do you get it in your fingers too? It could be raynard's I have it.
Sweetpoison · 36-40, F
[@7501,nihiless] no my hands are ok
Freeranger · M
It does. Arteries get compressed by fat deposits which cut off circulation
Menas · 22-25, M
It means you need new winter socks

(Don't listen to me I'm not a doctor)
lovelywarpedlemon · 26-30, F
maybe you don't get enough exercise
Sweetpoison · 36-40, F
[@417823,lovelywarpedlemon] thats for sure , i’m to lazy for excercizing... but i mean even when i walk alot ( cause i love walking) it doesn’t change anything...
lovelywarpedlemon · 26-30, F
[@1056635,Sweetpoison] you need to get blood moving in your body once in a while for better circulation. hot baths & swimming also work.
Poor circulation, it can be a symptom of diabetes i think 🤔
Could be a number of things, but thyroid would be one.
LadyJ · 41-45, F
Maybe poor circulation or nerve damage
alongalone · M
You may have Raynaud's syndrome
