While I dont have it, I have a few close friends who do. Some who dont seizure in the classic sense. They simply blank out at a traffic light, or go into a trance like state. Then recover, disoriented.
They take meds.

Glad they have friends. Yes that’s what mine are like. Like a constant reboot :-( I have been almost ....un identifiable all these years. Now that I am nearing 53 and under greatest stress in life, I believe it is going to have to become obvious to others in a couple of years. I can see it interfearing @SethGreene531
@Mindful I hear that. If it changes to involuntary spasms, the stigma can severely impact your life. Like many neuro-muscular issues, stress is a major antagonist. Take heart though, there are important strides being made in epilepsy research, returning lives to near normal. I can put you in touch with a dear SW friend of mine if you like, who's benefitted from this research.

A relative has non convulsive episodes, found himself miles across town on transit without recollection. He's been saved from crossing against lights, etc and forbidden from working. And yes I've heard of the whipe or reboot. Appears there are long term affects on memory over time. My friend has noted that often.

A nonconvulsive trigger can be something as insignificant as a line of music, a sound, even reading. During the lapse, time stands still; with little recollection afterward.

Again there are strides being made, and therefore hope. I can connect you with my friend here, have her share her amazing journey to now being seizure free.
She was treated at Stanford.
