@GaVmarts the estimate is 10% suffers for more than three weeks and 5% suffers for months, if not longer. Because the virus is only a few months old, we don't know if they'll ever recover. And no, it isn't getting money over COVID. I know several long COVID patients personally.

@GaVmarts No one's "making money" from reporting false covid cases. Medical records are official federal documents. A physician or nurse will lose their license for false reporting. Get out of the echo chamber once in a while.

There are now well documented cases of long-term and chronic effects for Covid, some affecting only children. And while the age group hardest hit by covid is older, they are nowhere near the total number and virus numbers and characteristics change all the time. The single highest risk category right now are young adults.

If an adult is healthy , they have a very high chance of surviving the disease. I will reiterate my point, The average age of fatality in Ireland is 84 years, the average age of fatality is 81.in the UK

Is it worth destroying an economy, putting the whole population under house arrest for a disease that will kill people who are already close to death?

@GaVmarts I do support Daniel Andrews and I am in the middle of his lockdown along with all other Victorians. We have a few "Q" conspiracy believers and a few more attention seekers. (Who else spends time mounting their camera to take video of them on the dashboard before confronting police? But the vast majority realise the alternative is the American model, which will end up with a quarter of a million dead and the health system in tatters. So we wear it, and wear masks and let the hair grow.😷

@GaVmarts why do you keep talking about deaths? Most people agree that's not the biggest issue of infections and certainly not a good measurement for the consequences.

More people die because of lung cancer. If they are so concerned about peoples health. why don't they ban the sale of cigarettes?
