Lifestyle is an individual choice and you can only help when people ask. The overriding problem, however, is that our entire culture is unhealthy--big ag pushing bad (but expensive) food choices, urban planning that is centered around big oil, big pharma pushing magic bullets that supposedly can heal all of our psychic ills caused by lack of positive connection and interaction, social media tearing at the fabric of our society for profit. If you are truly interested in helping people (and the world) get healthy, join the fight against corporate capitalism and fight for humanism.

Choices, priorities and routine because of needs. You can only help those who are ready to implement it.

Unless that’s also their desire, you can’t. You can only control how you deal with your own health.
