My lower left back aches since yesterday

I don't know why I don't even have a kidney or stool problem I feel like its connected to upper left thigh and left butt cheeks... What is this?

I had a similar problem two days ago, but it wasn't constant aches, just random and they are gone now. Idk what it is... if it persists, see a doctor

@BittersweetPotato yesterday at night I started to feel this and the next morning it was gone for 12 hrs and it just recently came back this night

Is it a muscle ache maybe. You can try rotating heat and ice.

This is what I use. After a couple of hours, the pain's gone. Cheap too.
