I think I need to see my GP

Several recent errors at work (never make mistakes)
Fell of my bike recently
It took me three days to remember a word I haven't used for years
Tonight whilst cooking I set the tea towel a light near the hob. It was s full blown mini fire
I had a mini panic attack a couple of nights ago in the middle of the night and outta nowhere

Im worried I might have dementia onset 😱
