Do you avoid sweets and sugary foods when you have a cold or flu?

I'm not a sweets fan anyway. I do avoid sodas more. They taste weird when sick.

@KickfaceK I don't drink them at all but I noticed there's a tea I can only drink when I'm sick. 😀

@CrazyMusicLover i wish i didn't drink them. I have tried to quit repeatedly with no luck. *sigh*
