Is Ortho bug spray dangerous to humans if used too much?

I keep my bicycle in the lobby of my apartment unit and I found a bunch of spiders (one of them dangerous) right by it. So I sprayed Ortho bug killer really good back there. I kinda went a little too crazy and spayed so much that there’s a small puddle. It will dry eventually but... that couldn’t be harmful to my neighbors, could it? It’s in a crevice where definitely nobody walks. But I’m concerned about their lungs lol.

Chemicals are never a good idea. Peppermint oil mixed with water in a spray bottle will keep spiders and rodents away.

@curiosi where would someone find peppermint oil? Never seen it in stores 🤷‍♂️

@SoulAsylum Health food stores sell it, Amazon, Mountain Rose Herbs, Starwest Botanicals............
@curiosi Thanks Curiosi... But I gotta give credit where credit is due. Ortho, alone, stopped my spider infestation.
