Help pls, I'm freaking out!!

I was healthy and fine until I decided to lose weight (lost 60lbs in 6 months). I did Keto and IF, and my skin was fine, until I began to develop psoraisis, confirmed when spoke to my family doctor and using a prescribed cream.

Now I'm looking up info on it and am so sad/scared, there is no cure so I ruined my body essentially. I'm honestly freaking out. Is there anybody who has it and has any solutions/remedies to make the scarring and redness disappear?

#1. Try to find time to calm down, stress makes inflammation worse. Take care of yourself.
2. Ask a specialist.
3. Research drugs while following doctor's advice. They will most likely suggest lotions and creams. They might suggest diet changes, more fluid intake.
4. Experiment with yourself. Psoriasis can be genetic so maybe see if anyone in your family has it.

@lovelywarpedlemon nobody else in my family has it fortunately. None of my aunties or siblings and this didnt kick off until my weight loss so I'm really upset with myself initially for this bc I was healthy and fine before it. I'm trying to calm down but I'm reading reddit mostly of other peoples experiences with psoriasis and see nothing of it going away entirely but just small things to reduce it. My next steps will be to see my family doctor again and be referred to a dermatologist but that's going to be costly and financially I am not in a good place so I'm just reakky freaking out. The only upside is I dont have severe psoraisis.
@Crushedstrawberries sorry wish you luck, there must be someone who can help you if you research enough
