How would you rate your dental health?

I’d say an 8 maybe? I haven’t been to a dentist since I was 18 and had my wisdom teeth removed. (I don’t have insurance.) I brush twice a day with a soft bristle brush. I also use a mouthwash to try to block out stains. I have not had any problems with my teeth. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess I’m doing good. My teeth are straight, but my only complaint is I hate how big my two front teeth are. I feel like a beaver sometimes. 🤣🙄🤷🏻‍♀️

big teeth are awesome. :)

look up oil pulling. i was skeptical at first, and then it was weird to start, but now i love it! and i would rate my dental health at 11 since about two weeks after i started. i just love it!

I’m sure it’s pretty self explanatory, but wth is oil pulling? Explain it to me . Lol😊🤣@pentacorn

@Thebestof1995 swishing coconut oil in your mouth for 8 minutes (minimum) to 20 minutes (max) first thing in the morning (before eating or drinking anything), then spitting it out (outside, don't want to clog pipes), then brushing like normal. fights the germs that cause tooth decay, feeds good bacterial flora, heals enamel, removes tartar, nourishes gums. many far-reaching health benefits due to excellent oral health. removes stains, strengthens facial muscles, lessens allergies. it's ancient Ayurvedic medicine.

@Thebestof1995 i read about it for years thinking the same thing, and then i started it up and hated it at first, but now i consider it to be the number one thing i do for my dental health.
