Yes it will. Exercise burns calories, if you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight.

@SW-User that's good. But be sure to follow a healthy meal plan too. Again, consume less calories than you burn, but also make sure those calories come from good sources like vegetables, fruit, lean meat if you eat meat, nuts, legumes, etc.
