@SecondMarge That is a considerable exaggeration. The press conference was given by a non-scientist based on a not-yet published, not yet peer-reviewed study. Even the most optimistic best results of that study were confirming what has long been long known, i.e. that over time, exposure to Sun will kill most viruses.
But absolutely nobody, let alone the researchers in that study concluded that it would kill coronavirus in seconds or that UV therapy was appropriate for human skin, only inanimate surfaces.
