If you place health as the focus of the body, then the result of healthy food mixed in with exercise, water, air and rest. ..is a healthy body. With the assistance of meditation. ..then top health and wellness is the reward.

Remember your thinking is your life tool to manage your perceptions, test perceptions else you will always fool you.
