The United States are receiving help from other nations to deal with the impact of COVID19 in Americans.

This is how it should work. Right? We helped China and now it’s own turn to get the help.

I must admit that I was surprised that we helped send so much medical PPEs to China.

Why are you surprised we helped them?
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@sarabee1995 I am surprised because we needed it as much as they did.

@SimplyTracie At the time we weren't yet impacted severely at all and were trying to stop it over there. Best laid plans...

@sarabee1995 I think we were in the thick of things but we didn’t yet have enough test kits. But I think we should have anticipated this crisis and been better prepared.

@SimplyTracie Well that's for sure!

The fact that we've gone through three presidents and five congresses since the national strategic stockpile was depleted and none of them budgeted for replenishment is inexcusable.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@sarabee1995 I agree. What’s worse is that each president blames the previous administration.
Good lawd! 🙄

@SimplyTracie Every.Single.Time 🙄

I demand good governance. I reject finger pointing and the blame have. Just get it done goddammit!
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@sarabee1995 I know right? Would these leaders allow their employees to play the blame game? I don’t think so.
I’m a nobody and my manager always said, don’t wait to be told - see something that needs to get done, just take care of it.

@SimplyTracie Yup, exactly. Same in the military.

@sarabee1995 I don’t know how y’all can stand having Trump as your Commander In Chief. My head would explode. 🤯
