Its suggested that you leave the masks for medical professionals since they're the ones who need the ultimate protection.Unless you're at risk hugely because of underlying conditions or age.
In that case.Save a few for the rare times you will go out and donate the rest since hospitals are running low in many areas.

I saw some nurses are even using garbage bags for protection....
Kind of sad.
They need the modt protection since if they get.sick then they r
Risk spreading it or not being able to care for those who need it.

@HootyTheNightOwl They have the right to protect themselves but they shouldn't really be out and about in the first place, a lot of them are, at least where I live. (Im talking about those over 65)

@destinysfortune My aunt is on the frontlines as a nurse and recently completed chemo but her immune system is still weak and shes at risk.
Shes still working though.
They dont have issues with shortages atm thankfully.Maybe eventually

@tutku I'm seeing it from the other angle, though.

I'm in the vulnerable group and should be shielding for 3 months. I left isolation today... not because I wanted to, but because I needed food and no one else will get it for me. I checked all the home deliveries and couldn't find a delivery slot in the entire of April.

People aren't going to stay home and starve to death while they wait for the food that they need.
