Not defending her numbers or arguing her numbers, but 2.2 million is .6% of the population, 200K is 0.06%. It really doesn't match all the hype.

@JaggedLittlePill 0.6% and 0.06% respectively, not 6%. We are talking about less than 1%. If I could wave a magic wand and make corona go away, I would. I wish everyone would live forever. The hype doesn't match what is actually happening though, that is my issue and the reason for the comment. Two million is a lot, but then we lose 1.25 million every year in auto accidents. I don't think we should ban travel by auto till we figure out that one either.

@JaggedLittlePill And I agree, it is a lot of people and will impact a lot more people, but at less than 1% of the population, it isn't as bad as the media is making it out to be.
