Are you living with anxiety?

@Theliberal They are so scary and seem different every time. The worst ones are the ones that just happen suddenly with no lengthy onset so you can prepare yourself. My started in high school after I suffered a trauma. Now they are just part of my life.

@sassypants mine too started in HS. They are all scary. I really hate it when everything is going well and it just flushes over you in a millisecond. Completely ruins the rest of my day, and depending on the severity maybe days

@Theliberal Yes the attacks that come on suddenly are far worse. A few times I was driving and had to stop because I didn't feel safe. Have you tried Medications? They help me to level out and I manage my depression and anxiety better while taking the prescriptions.

@sassypants yes I have tried medication. The side effects of the medicine is horrible though. Antidepressants are horrid. The anti anxiety meds help, but you need to be ready for a nap when you take them. Took zoloft for a good 10yrs. Coming off that medication was a nightmare.

@Theliberal I know what you mean. I have been on zoloft before and it helped. in 10 years the longest I went with being on it was just less than 2 years. Some things are going on in my life and I started feeling overwhelmed so I went back on it. Sorry you had so much trouble coming off of it. Maybe you needed to step down the dosages.

@sassypants I was stepped down. Each time the mediation gave more withdrawal symptoms. Im not sure I would take that mediation again.

@JasonFisher I'm not on the left by any means lol
