Could this mean I am diabetic? I don't drink fizzy drinks, but i tried one last week.

30 minutes after i had a glass my hands were shaking and i had not much focus. I felt weak, and it was my first time in years since i had anything like that to drink.

You might have had a reaction to aspartame or other toxic ingredient. Someone mistakenly gave me a diet drink and I had a similar experience. Last time I have had any kind of cola drink.
