I was told you need a least 7 hours a night to get a good night's rest. So that's what I did and I felt like shit every day.
Turned out what I was told was wrong and while watching a documentary about sleeping disorders it said you need a minimum of 8.
That extra hour makes a universal difference, my partner says I'm like a completely different person if I get less than an 8hours rest grumpy, slow and lazy.
