How much sleep do you get in one night?
I haven't slept well lately and feel tired all day. My anxiety is making me restless and I think about to many thing's.

@MrFreeeeeze I've heard it is much harder being on nights and having to sleep in the daytime.
@sassypants I just have to wake up to get my kids from school so I don鈥檛 get to sleep too much.
