That’s sounded very abrasive. We still gotta go to the store to buy groceries. People still work so I can buy groceries. Kudos to those cashiers going to work probably for cheap pay. They deserve hazardous duty pay. Or at least pay them $20/hr.

@SimplyTracie Not intended as abrasive. The infection rate in America is obviously spiraling out of control, and more so than in many other nations. It must be American attitudes and their leadership at fault.

People can still go out. But I suggest taking extra precautions like every single person should be wearing gloves.. all the employees at stores and such should be continuously sanitizing common touch spots and gas pump handles

@BlueRidingHood Ditto on both your observations. The administration was slow to react. And people didn’t take it seriously until they saw it hit home.

There were no test kits available. Then test kits were available but not for everyone - you pretty much had to be really sick to get tested.
Now it’s readily available but too many have been exposed to the contagion and are infecting family.
