I think you might have ocd. You should speak to a psychiatrist. The obsession with food and self image is a typical sign. I had that too . Best luck ✌

@SW-User ocd? You never let it go you just develop coping mechanisms and also controlling and eliminating external stressors is very helpful. I also receive medicated therapy that has helped a lot but you might not need that. Good luck
