what type of exercise do you like to do?

I use the up-in-out-down method.
I put food on the end of my fork, I bring the fork [b]UP[/b], I put it [b]IN[/b] my mouth, I pull the fork [b]OUT[/b] and lower it back [b]DOWN[/b] to my plate.
Then I repeat the process.
