@Rayinman Well considering Trump fired their pandemic experts in 2018 maybe not. And updating casualty lists is something a monkey can do. They still have zero idea how many people are asymptomatic and still spreading it.

@Rayinman Not a conspiracy theory. Trump fired their pandemic experts in 2018. That is public record. Meanwhile Trump and the CDC keep promising millions of test kits that never materialize. His head of the CDC is also a political appointee with an "interesting" background if you look into it. And not in a good way.

He didn't create it but you have to be very dense not to see how having by far the worst response probably in the entire world so far would make anyone look bad. And Trump being Trump he sees everything revolves around him being a narcissist and he sees the entire universe as a marketing problem and thinks he can spin his way through this.

And for someone who doesn't use Twitter you seem to take Trump's personal opinion as the final authority on all things. Despite the fact this is the man doing his best to bungle things.

And sorry but when the guy even starts press briefings with slavish adoration for the president and other behavior there is zero evidence that the head of the CDC is anything but a lackey. And again Trump fired the actual experts on this kind of problem in 2018. He also spent about 2 months completely ignoring their advice and is now bragging about only getting 100 000 to 200 000 Americans killed.

@Rayinman At this point it really doesnt matter who is right. Covid 19 is loose in America and it is no longer a case of keeping it out. Its a matter of the smart individuals who isolate themselves and their loved ones and take EVERY precaution not to bring it home to them. Because the medical facilities will NOT be in a position to help you. Take precautions or take your chances. Its that simple. and the smart ones will hopefully be among those who get through. Apart from the doctors and nurses. They are throwing themselves under a bus for you as we speak.
