I'm hearing things that are not there😭. Idk if its my paranoia or my anxiety but I'm going crazy.

@Jinxey: I have schizoaffective disorder and I was hearing the police wanting to arrest me. Then there comes the anxiety of being locked up in a cell or in a rehab center. Stuff like that.

Maybe you should visit your doctor.

I just get scared real easily. Like when I sleep I over thinks things and the imagery gets really ugly and I panic and I can't sleep

@Jinxey: Hmm. So the voices are not actually outside your head? Because if they were then you need to see the doctor. That's a possible sign of schizophrenia.

But if not that is just your anxiety disorder.
