@quitwhendone I have enough food for several months, for me and the kids. I have olive oil, wheat flour, walnuts, lardo, hazelnuts, salt, pepper, and more than enough excellent red wine.

@helenS Oh, you are vegan, aren't you? Right?

@quitwhendone I am (almost) a vegetarian. I drink milk, I eat eggs, and I love lardo.

@helenS What is lardo? Is it lard or margerine?

@quitwhendone Lardo is a type of salumi made by curing strips of fatback with rosemary and salt, and other herbs and spices.
