If microwaves use radiation, how tf do we not die when we eat a microwaved Mexican burrito?

Sunlight is solar radiation. So is the energy that the earth radiates back into space at a different wavelength. Damage depends on wavelength and exposure. Obviously some radiation is more damaging than others.
