If microwaves use radiation, how tf do we not die when we eat a microwaved Mexican burrito?

Well, your stove also uses a form of radiation to heat your food as well.
Light from your lightbulb is radiation , heat from a flame is radiation.
Radiation takes all types of forms but most people only assume it all to be of the nuclear decay type.
