i suspect frozen pea to be corrupted, the appearance is not bad but some of them has color change, can boiling it clear any problem in it?

When in doubt, throw it out.

It's best to wash them before boiling. (Not saying you didn't btw) Boiling water usually kills almost anything. But like the other user here said "if in doubt chuck it out.

I always take out the less than attractive ones. But I'm not a huge fan of peas, except for in the shell!
