Internal tremors and fluttering near the heart?

Has anybody experienced this?

I've had internal tremors for a long time now but recently there's this weird fluttering near my heart which I sometimes feel at the pit of my stomach as well. I'm also very sleepy during the day and sometimes it feels like someone's touching my leg and arms but there's nothing there.

You're most likely just feeling your pulse in your abdominal aorta. ... It runs from your heart, down the center of your chest, and into your abdomen. It's normal to feel blood pumping through this large artery from time to time. However, it's sometimes a sign of something more serious. And you feeling someone's touch maybe linked to your dream and thoughts..

@Maiya have you come out of a stressful period or exhaustion.. if so just let the devil take its due.
