Internal tremors and fluttering near the heart?

Has anybody experienced this?

I've had internal tremors for a long time now but recently there's this weird fluttering near my heart which I sometimes feel at the pit of my stomach as well. I'm also very sleepy during the day and sometimes it feels like someone's touching my leg and arms but there's nothing there.

Yes I have and for two different reasons that I know of. One is MSG in the food, I try my best to avoid it because it messes with my heart rhythm. Having enough magnesium will help neutralize the effects of MSG. And another thing is caffeine, it can flush magnesium, potassium & other minerals out of the body and they are electrolytes that are necessary for proper heart rhythm.

@cherokeepatti Thank you Patti. I'll make sure to cut back on my caffeine.

@Maiya I eat a banana about an hour after I have coffee and also take a potassium supplement and magnesium. If I didn’t have those supplements I’d give up coffee completely, tea and cola drinks will also flush minerals. I have to be really careful in the summer because I also sweat my minerals out.
