Low body temperature
Has anyone been feeling great on health and such but all of the sudden you randomly get low body temperature so you cover yourself up with a blanket, Reasons why that could happen? Causes?

Are you talking about core or peripheral body temperature? I have Reynaud’s phenomenon which means my feet, hands and... other extremities get blue and cold, but it doesn’t effect my core temperature.

I feel like that after a good workout. A hot cup of coffee or green tea snuggled under an electric blanket work wonders

If you have low hemoglobin (anemia) this can occur. This is far more commonly in women than men.
