What triggers you the most?

@WildernessWriterExplorer nope... as a child my abusive father would pour hot coffee on me to either punish me or just to hear me scream . He would also hold me down and burn me with his cigarette . When I developed ptsd, those two stimuli triggered a ptsd attack .
