Do you think 150 push ups everyday is good enough?

Yeah it’s a good count for keeping fit. And a great target to aim for when starting.

Begin with 30 and add an extra 10 every following day till you hit 150. Then push to 300 a day to build endurance for 6 months. After that it’s about maintenance
