Can sugar "activate" caffeine?

I've noticed sugar make me hyper-active without increased heart beat and caffeine increase heart beat without hyper-activity. Can sugar and caffeine be combined there?
That is a complicated question to answer correctly. it's two different stimuli assuming your body uses them both as such. Yes you can use them both but they last for different rates of time and I wouldn't think of them in the same vein either.

I always have 3 in my coffee so sure..... Actually makes you crash which in turn makes the caffeine feel more of an annoyance than anything else.... ┬┴┬┴┤•ᴥ •ʔ/

@bearinthehalfwayhouse I sometimes assumed the caffeine to widen my veins and thus lower my blood pressure which made me more tired first.

I mean sugar is energy and caffeine makes you burn it faster. Ask anyone who drinks coffee from a franchise. Caffeine and Aspirin would be more productive.

@Holdontothefire explains why after a few cups of coffee I felt quite hungry.
