I've googled my problem and I have a lymphatic cancer which is distributed via lymphatic system into my whole body :)

Silly girl... nose bleeds can come from many things...

When diagnosed with something called "acid reflux", a condition new to me in both senses, I looked it up on 't'Net.

However I was careful to use the National Health Service site, not some Home Hypochondria Help blog of unknown provenance, or "Magic Medicine for Most Malaises" advertisements!

I wouldn't recommend it lol

Yeah, Doctors Google and Web MD will do that to you. They’re just like a real doctor except they’ll tell you everything is cancer or the other worst case scenario diagnosis.

Avoid if possible.

It’s not bad to google your symptoms....it might give you some idea of what you might possibly have, but I wouldn’t rely on them as my single source of medical answers.

Hahahah I always like to tell the story of the time I googled my symptoms and was right. The ER doctor did not like me. Lol
