Looking to lose 50 lbs, any fitness advice and motivation?

[b]Looking for some motivation to be consistent in the gym and consistent with healthy eating. I’ve been on again and off again with the gym due to life. I’ve gained quite a bit of weight and I’m looking to lose about 50LBS as well as to be toned.

Any tips? Advice? Exercise recommendations that I won’t get bored with? I’m a little intimated by weights but I know they help. I enjoy cardio very much.

If you have any success stories I would love to hear.

Lifting weight is helpful in losing just start slow, utilize the trainers at your gym. They can teach you and get you comfortable. Also High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) so your body has a challenge.
Most of all, don't be hard on yourself just keep trying.

@SW-User I will definitely interact with the trainers to receive assistance because I know they can show me workouts that I cannot do on my own. Even though youtube has helped me tremendously, hands on is best
