Looking to lose 50 lbs, any fitness advice and motivation?

[b]Looking for some motivation to be consistent in the gym and consistent with healthy eating. I’ve been on again and off again with the gym due to life. I’ve gained quite a bit of weight and I’m looking to lose about 50LBS as well as to be toned.

Any tips? Advice? Exercise recommendations that I won’t get bored with? I’m a little intimated by weights but I know they help. I enjoy cardio very much.

If you have any success stories I would love to hear.

Try to mix it up so you don't get bored. Lifting/cardio/yoga. Try some different things until you find what you like. I enjoy the Body Groove videos in the evening when I am wanting a little extra workout without getting out of the house. You can find a few on YouTube to start with if it looks interesting to you.

@SW-User I do too!! She's so fun andlaid back and although the workouts don't seem to be that much, do a few of them and you'll really feel it!

@Tomorrow it's not enough to challange me, but I really love how she's done the short videos if you have no time.

@SW-User She's got some that are harder but I wasn't sure what you were looking for. :) She's really good on alternate days where you don't need the full gym workout but you want a little sumpin-sumpin. ;)
