Looking to lose 50 lbs, any fitness advice and motivation?

[b]Looking for some motivation to be consistent in the gym and consistent with healthy eating. I’ve been on again and off again with the gym due to life. I’ve gained quite a bit of weight and I’m looking to lose about 50LBS as well as to be toned.

Any tips? Advice? Exercise recommendations that I won’t get bored with? I’m a little intimated by weights but I know they help. I enjoy cardio very much.

If you have any success stories I would love to hear.

Start with something doable like giving up on soda and when you see progress you will be motivated to take the next step

@BiasForAction thank you! I definitely need to ditch the soda and sugary juices. I’ve been doing bad with that lately. I will up my water intake for sure!
