Looking to lose 50 lbs, any fitness advice and motivation?

[b]Looking for some motivation to be consistent in the gym and consistent with healthy eating. I’ve been on again and off again with the gym due to life. I’ve gained quite a bit of weight and I’m looking to lose about 50LBS as well as to be toned.

Any tips? Advice? Exercise recommendations that I won’t get bored with? I’m a little intimated by weights but I know they help. I enjoy cardio very much.

If you have any success stories I would love to hear.

You must start with cardio, I do it in the evening. It's very helpful

@darkknightt I assumed cardio on an empty stomach in the morning was best? Or maybe I’m wrong?
@Mrowe718 I tried in the morning as well. But couldn't. So I started doing in the evening. And it worked
